RETURNS
We except returns of non-worn items in it's original shape and packaging. You must contact us and initiate return with us with in 3 days of delivery.
We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged items to info@mari-b.com to discuss possible options.
Please follow our care guide for long lasting jewelry.
**Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: chipped, cracked or broken pearls or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.
Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for all related shipping fee's for their return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
We offer pre-paid and insured UPS Standard Ground shipping labels for all domestic returns within fifteen (15) days of the order delivery date. Your return shipping label and packing list will be emailed to you when you initiate a return writing to info@mari-b.com. A $14.99 fee will be deducted from the return amount for all returns.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please note, MARI B does not cover any shipping costs and/or customs/taxes for international returns.
If you decide to return your order, the cost of shipping will not be included and will have to be paid again.
All customers are responsible for all duties and taxes related to their return.
